Meditation on Friday June 27th at 5 pm followed by a Card Reading Night with Petal & Thorn and Bare Roots Energy

Join us for a transcendent Sound Bath Meditation designed to release stress reset your nervous system and reconnect you with all of the within facilitated. Following our meditation we will have a Reading Night with Petal & Thorn by Hannah Rose and light refreshments for mingling and fun!

Meditation begins at 5 pm

Reading Night begins at 5:45 pm with sessions being between 20-30 minutes long

Meditation is a foundational practice for calming the nervous system resetting the vagus nerve and recharging the pituitary center of the brain all of which lead to a more balanced healthy and whole you. Over the centuries, meditation has provided the body and the spirit with restoration and natural healing. Meditation has a centering effect on the four bodies and has been shown to help treat nervous system disorders, mental health ailments, stress, and even support the immune system.

In this frequency healing, you will experience heightened body awareness and cellular balancing to target the physical, emotional, mental, and etheric imbalances. Whether you're carrying the weight of a demanding job, emotional fatigue, or need a pause, this space is for you.
